1 Shop

1.1 Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have. You can find our store in Amsterdam, in the area De Pijp:
Govert Flinckstraat 114 (crossing Ferdinand Bolstraat).

Here you can see all the products in real life or touch (and smell) them.

1.2 What are the opening times of the shop?

We are open:

Tuesday & Wednesday 11.00-17.30
Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10.00-18.00

With Christmas and on New Years Day we are closed.

2 Delivery times

2.1 How long does it take to receive my order?

We normally ship within 1-2 working days. It depends on the country and forwarder how quickly it will be with you.
Please mail us when you have questions about it.
Do you have an urgent order? Please call us or send us a WhatsApp ( +31 20 7866057) and we can see how quickly we can send it out.

3.1 How can I pay online?

You can easily pay online with the following options:

a bank transfer, iDeal, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, GiroPay, Klarna,VVV giftcard

You can also pay online with the gift vouchers from Groen+Akker.

If you collect your order in our shop, you can pay as well in our shop by card (no cash).
